First of all, this is not a fix. Second, this is a common error for those who play LoL with a language different from their current location. It started around December, IIRC, and so far there is no actual fix to there, nor workarounds. The only thing I can tell you to do is to change the language back.
On the other side, apparently there is a very annoying and quite troublesome way to fix it, but until it shows good results, it won’t be posted.
